Contribution to Healthcare

Healthcare is another area in which Collahuasi is involved, particularly as regards the region’s most vulnerable inhabitants.

In 2009, the company invested in a mammography machine and hearing-testing equipment for the Iquique Hospital and worked with the community on the coast to build a Community Family Health Centre (CECOSF) for the area.
