Our internship and thesis program aims to identify diverse talent among young individuals starting their professional careers, benefiting the organization while offering them the opportunity to develop key competencies for their professional growth, aligned with our needs.
This program is projected as a primary source for training professional programs and eventually for first-line supervisory positions.
We are looking for students in their final year of undergraduate studies who wish to undertake their internship or thesis at Collahuasi.
The program will start in January 2025. The duration of internships will be 2 months, while the thesis period will be 6 months.
1. Be a student in an undergraduate program at a recognized university in one of the following specialties:

| Geosciences and Biology | Geology, Marine Biology, or related fields. |
| Social and Administration | Commercial Engineering, Management Control, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields. |
| Health and Safety | Risk Prevention, Nursing, or related fields. |
2. Submit a transcript of grades for the entire duration of the program and a certificate of internship or thesis request issued by the university.
