Collahuasi’s social investment focuses on areas such as education, local development, the promotion of tourism, conservation of heritage and the environment and the health of people where it can make a sustained contribution over time.
In 2016, Collahuasi committed US$ 7.9 million to social investment, principally in education and local development which together accounted for 85% of the total.
